I have created a program that retrieves information from a file and sends it to an e-mail recipient via the SNDDST command. I read a line from a file, add it to a variable, concatenate a "newline" code (x'06'), read another line, concatenate it to the variable, etc until the end of the file. I receive the message intact within Outlook but if I print the message it always prints two pages regardless of the length of the message. The second page is usually blank. When I view the message in Word, I see a page break at the end of the message. Does anyone know of a code that I can add to the end of the message that will signify end of file? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
