Re: QtmmSendMail API

I've checked the QMSF joblogs, and the QSMTP* joblogs - I haven't been
getting any error messages.  I've restarted the servers a few times too, no
luck there either.  The files are being stored in /tmp on the IFS, and they
remain there after they have been written.
