It sounds like you want to connect to a web server, and send an XML message in a POST request to the web server? You might be interested in my open-source HTTPAPI service program. It's designed to be intergrated into your RPG programs and let you implement the http:// or https:// protocols. In fact, one of my examples (EXAMPLE4) that I include with it sends some XML data to a web server...
