RE: RE: What's the fastest way to submit jobs from RPG?

I am looking at reducing the number of jobs (see previous reply) and have
made sure no joblogs are created.  How do you compress the job table?

David is right.....if you really choose to go this route, make sure
you do not create job logs or your system will really bog down as the
number of jobs increases. You also may need to compress your job table
along the way or your performance will disappear on your system (we
learned the hard way during Y2k scanning in batch).
