If you've got embedded graphics in a splf, as I recall, your only option is the cpysplf and it creates a PF with the SCS datastream and you're kinda up a creek... We tried this years ago with trying to archive fax's, etc., and had to do some serious TIFF and splf conversions using some serious special processing...
