Actually,

Bind by copy and bind by reference are BOTH static binding.  Static binding
is CALLB (or CALLP to a procedure).  It doesn't matter whether that module
or procedure is in the same program or a service program -- it is still
static.  Dynamic binding is CALL to a *PGM object.
