Hi,
             Check whether the Number of fields in the select statement and
the number of host variables in the INTO statement are matching.Probably
you have mentioned more number of host variables than the number of select
variables in the sql statement.This may cause this error.Check this example

SELECT A,B into :FIELD1,:Field2,:field3.
