padding char field with 0 -- RPG400-L

Ok,
I'm brain dead(to many Reeses bites this afternoon.)

I need to move 1 character field with a length of 9 to another character
field with the length of 11.  The second field needs right adjusted and
padded with leading *zeros.
i'm trying to do it using only EVAL,EVALR  no MOVE.  I'm drawing blanks.
