the 'C ' pdm option is a user defined option. It is one supplied by ibm for new boxes, but is not set in stone. as shipped, the library uses &L which is the library you are currently working in (in pdm). If you want the call to use *libl, press f16, find 'C ' and change it! If you only want to change it for your sessions, copy the options file (QGPL/QAUOOPT) to your own library and change PDM to look at it instead. this is a user specific change and doesn't effect other users. One of my toolbox items wherever I go is my own pdm options file. Also, take a look at the help for pdm options and the vast array of substitution parameters available. you can do an awful lot with them. regards, rick
