Booth, are you compiling with AUTOC or RPGC?  I think for a real S/36 you
need to use the auto-copy version of the compiler.  I don't know how the
emulation version goes though (haven't got it loaded or I'd test.)  One
other thought: is the user profile authorised to DATALIB/QS36SRC?
