It's been a while since I have done this but I think you should be able to
bypass label processing.

Hi Everybody,

How do I restore the S/36 Tape file to AS/400 with the following S/36 Tape
Label:

FILE LABEL: WEB.CUSTOMERS
FILE SEQNUM: 1
REC FMT: FB
RECORD LENGTH: 150
BLOCK LENGTH: 3000
ALLOC RECS: 1700
FILE TYPE: EXCHANGE
STATUS CODE: (*blank)
status codes: 1=Saved using save all; 2=Extent; 3=File has no
HDR2 label
CREATING SYSTEM: IBM SYSTEM/36
SET NAME: (*blank)

I tried RSTS36F and RSTS36FLR but the file name (WEB.CUSTOMERS) was too
long for the the parameter.

Thanks in advance.

Rex
