RE: How do you move a text 30 char long to a field?

Why is it that I alway see people using the MOVE and
MOVEL for things like this.  Well, in "OLD" Code..<Grin>

What is wrong with CAT?  Is this slower or harder to understand?


NOT that I am recommending either way in this case!
I would use a named Constant, or a Message file.
