Move TimeStamp to Alpha field in Free Format -- RPG400-L

I am wondering how to move a timestamp field to and Alpha field in free
format.  According to the books, the reverse can be done with the
%TimeStamp BIF.  I know I can jump out of free format to accomplish my goal
but would prefer to avoid that if possible.
