Yes, the PREFIX keyword is what you need to use.

   FPRDMCHM    IF   E            DISK      PREFIX(L3_)

Causes all the field names to have the characters 'L3_' added to them. I
think in V5R1 their kind of loose with quoting the prefix value itself,
previous it had to be unquoted.
