If you really are using a timestamp field, you can do the following.
Naturally your H(hour), M(minute) and S(second) fields won't be hardcoded to 
values.

Hi group

Could someone help me with some sample code on how to add *hms to a current
date (timestamp field)
I have already calculated the hours I need to add to the timestamp field
(CalcDate) I just need to add the
hours to it, to arrive at a new CalcDate field (provided) my hours are
enough to roll the date.  If this doesn't
make sense then I will try to reword it.  Any and all replies will be very
much appreciated.  PS I'm using
RPG IV with ILE on v4r5. This is also inside a procedure.
