The simple answer is... you can't!!! But all is not lost. You can retrieve the query source using RtvQmQry specifying AlwQryDfn( *Yes ). Then it's just a case of scanning for your old library names, changing them where relevant and re-creating the query(ies) using the CrtQmQry command. The only problem is that they're no longer Query/400 objects but Query Management queries. It's a start if nothing else.
