/Copy copying from the wrong spot -- RPG400-L

I am working on creating more service programs but when I do my compile (15
in PDM) I am copying the procedure prototypes from a library that isn't even
in my library list.

 /COPY QSRVSRC,P.DATE

I am getting the source from MNWTEST in stead of MNWOLAP. Do you have any
idea why? MNWTEST isn't even mentioned in my source and isn't in my libl.
