Oscar, First submit the batch job. If it is not a data queue waiting program than you submit the program with HOLD. Then start service job on that batch job by giving command STRSRVJOB and then STRDBG that program and add break points. Come out of the program by pressing F12/F10 and RELEASE the job if it is on HOLD. Enjoy iSeries......
