That depends on what you have changed in the logical file. If you have added
any fields to the logical file format, unless you set the file to LVLCHK(*NO)
then yes, otherwise if you amend the keys on the logical, then you may have to
recompile depending on the amendments made (ie key lists may no longer match
those on the file).
