Ray, Using Word, seems like an easy fix, but truthfully, you might just get bit. The spacing is EXTREMELY nit picky. Do lots of test runs and make your bank run them thru the clearing process to validate the position of the MICR line. We have had trouble with the bank telling us to move it less than 1/4 of a character so that it would work with their readers. We use RPG, The template we uploaded combined with our DDS prints the Checks perfectly on our HP LaserJet 5si. The only thing left is to have the MICR code print at the bottom of the check.
