re : help with arrays

Thank you all for your help. I must have mentioned i am new to rpg.
I will cut to the chase. What I like to see is 111-111-111. After listening
to some suggestions and did some change now I get 111-111111.
Please help. This is what it looks like now. I am not that familiar with ILE
so if you could assist me with rpg400 code I would really appriciate it.
