I believe it is $89 USD outside the USA and Canada, for the 2nd+ subscription at
the same site.  This makes it $7.50/month (USD), which is still much lower than
the first subscription per site even here in the USA.

I guess what continually amazes me is how most employees seem unwilling to spend
any of their own money on their continuing education.  If the employer doesn't
pay for it, and let them do it on company time, then it doesn't get done.

Every tradesman I know makes less than the average programmer, yet spends way
more money on supplying their own hand tools, etc.  It just strikes me as odd,
especially in our fast changing industry.
