UsrPrf(*OWNER)

I've got an ILE source member with the following:

      /TITLE  Price Override / Custom Billing Sales Reports
      /COPY QRPGSRC,DftleHSpec
     H UsrPrf(*OWNER)

When I issue a CRTBNDRPG (option 14 within PDM) against it, the
resulting program should be USRPRF(*OWNER), but it is not.  The
DftleHSpec I copy in makes no reference to the USRPRF parm.

I verified that the RQSDTA in the submitted command does not reference
the USRPRF parm.

If I prompt the "14" and actually put USRPRF(*OWNER) on the command, it
works.

I searched the Midrange archives and the IBM APARS with no luck.

My group profile is QPGMR which is correct.

Any suggestions?
