You need to do one of several things:
Add Resulting Indicator 2 (error) to the CALL operation and check for it
being *ON after the CALL. That indicates an error condition.
You need to call the RCVMSG CL command or corresponding API to retrieve
the message that was generated and do what you want to do with it, or
simply ignore the message.
