Can you view the original source member in the browser? It sounds like
your RPG program is piping the source member though to STDOUT without
many/any changes. So why not try looking at the source itself using:

http://www.mydomain.com/qsys.lib/mylib.lib/qhtmlsrc.file/mymbr.mbr

IF the member shows up then your RPG program probably isn't writing out
the standard header... Are you first sending Content-type  text/html\n\n
to stdout?
