Emailing from a splf with prt-ovrlays -- RPG400-L

I have a need to email from a spooled file (Customer Invioces, BOL, etc...).
Some or many of these reports have print overlays (Letter Heads, Forms, etc...).

Is there a way to automate or directly pull from an outq into my email.  I
would welcome any and all ideas.
