FWIW, I went looking for an emacs mode for RPG a couple of years ago and
didn't find anything.  Someone might have written one in the meantime, but
I wouldn't be surprised if no one has.

Emacs is extensible, but writing a good RPG mode would be a rather large
undertaking.
