Since you posted to the RPG list, I guess you mean that you want to develop
in RPG.  IBM's WebSphere Development Studio has a component called Visual
Age for RPG which can target Java bytecodes.  I wish I could give you a part
number, but it's too complicated for me to figure out.

Go to http://www.ibm.com/software/ad/wdt400 and see if that will help.
