Hello all,

After two weeks away from the office I am back.

We have discovered a problem with a CL I have created, the authority is not
being changed on the PDF file. When we remove the monitor for the messages,
we get a message waiting stating that the file does not exist, even after
the 9 second delay. The code I used is below.

I was wondering if there is a better way to change the authority? Should I
put in a loop until the file does exist?
