Match field of file A out of sequence

Hi,
One of my program hit a problem when being executed. The message is "match field of file xxxx out of sequence" . The program is written in RPG IV and using primary and secondary cycle logic. The program actualy
read primary file and matching the secondary file then output to spool for each macthed record. This problem never happened  before. Error message can't give any statement/line which is problem lies(*N) .  Has anyone met this message ?
