Title: AW: if defined syntax in sql rpg?

Hi James,

the SQLStmt can be varying.
You have to use the SQLDA.

We've build a procedure and we use it in this way

eval statement = ......

dow sql_statement(statement)
eval filexyz_ds = sqldata_ds
...
enddo

couldn't use varying.
