Hi Andy. You're taking on a big project, but one that is worthwhile! "Seperating the business layer from the presentation layer" is quite a buzz these days, and much easier said than done. So, as to where to start, I would start with ILE. It will play a big role in your system and allow you to call subprocedures to perform the business logic. Then you'll have "wrappers" that write to the screen or the web.
