This is probably not worded quite right, but I'm pretty sure that until the
caller's activation group ends, any service program compiled *caller
persists within the scope of the activation group as invoked--even though it
may been recompiled.  If the caller is running in the default activation
group the only way to end the caller's activation group is to end the
session.
