Well, I'm looking for a more simple approach.
This is what I end up doing:
1. STRPCO
   MONMSG     MSGID(IWS4032)
   If it's hit/Error, then it assumes no emulator used. That simple
2. If no error:
Then, bring the file up by calling the *.EXE of IExplorer (since this is the 
default in our company) plus the address of the related *.HTM files.

Your suggestions will be the next version.
BTW, do you like to share the RTVIPADR program of yours?
