Bob, STRDBG on the program, and ADDBKP '/1'.  Then call the program
without parameters, and when it hits the breakpoint, do F10 then
DSPPGMVAR ZIGNDECD.  A value of '1' means IGNDECERR(*YES).  Then F3 F3
to exit out of the program without running.
