Don't hate them, they gave us so much work and increased our wages because of Y2K - about the time the next batch rolls around, those programmers will need work and then they can demand the pay they want too. Keep the mentallity that the manufacturing companies have (build it cheaper so that people have to buy it again in 2 years instead of the way things where built 30 years ago when a durable good-"was") :) We each do our best with the tools, talents, and time frames we are each given - -----Original Message----- From: owner-rpg400-l@midrange.com [mailto:owner-rpg400-l@midrange.com]On Behalf Of Wills, Mike N. And if it is, and if I'm still alive, maybe I can earn a few bucks to supplement my social security. ;) "Joe Giusto (E-mail)" wrote: > Don't you think that IBM will change that "window" as we get closer to that > year? > +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +--- +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
