Jade:

Currently, the RPG IV compiler only brings in the
input-capable fields for externally-described data
structures.

Hopefully, we can change that in a future release.
We'd like to enhance EXTNAME to allow you to specify
exactly which fields to include in the EDS.  (Input,
output, all, keys.)  This was actually item #8 in our
last enhancement poll.  However, only 41 people voted
for it, placing it in 4th last place in the standings.
