Seriously, I think you might be surprised by the number of people who've
been employed in IBM midrange shops for more than ten years who stopped
learning after about six months.  I suspect you mostly see people who think
programming is interesting.

It's related to the thing about calculating the IQ of a mob.  MobIQ =
min(memberIQ)/mobsize
