Yet, yours says D.BALE@handleman.com

I think people just quickly glance up to see who the message is from, and see
the D...ALE part.

Can you get your reply address to say "Dan Bale <D.BALE@handleman.com>" ?

Yes, I know it is ridiculous that you would have to do this too, Dale, er, Dan 
:)
