You must re-write the field in a record that does not cause a CR. Something Like This O E HEAD 1 O SSLSNO Z 5 O CONAM 36 O 100 'GROSS MARGIN SALES ANALY' O 'SIS BY CUSTOMER' O 188 'DATE:' O E HEAD 0 1 O SSLSNO Z 5 O CONAM 36 O 100 'GROSS MARGIN SALES ANALY' O 'SIS BY CUSTOMER' O 188 'DATE:' The first record specifies space before 1. The second record specifies space before 0 and space after 1. This, in effect, will overprint the same line highlighting the field. *note: This will not work when printing to a laser printer through emulation. If this is the case, you should convert to an externally described printer file and add the Highlight Keyword. I am trying to highlight a field for the header portion of the report. Does anyone know how to do this? I have tried using "HIGHLIGHT" next to the field.
