The manner in which OvrPrtF (override commands in general except special
commands like OvrMsgF) works depends on MANY things. There's not enough
information in these posts to know what the effect of OvrPrtF would be
when the file is opened.

Overrides depend on such things as the parameters on the override
commands themselves, the override scope, the activation group the file
is opened in, the activation group(s) overrides are issued in, the call
level the overrides are issued in...

There is much confusion about how overrides are applied. In the May
issue of NEWS/400, I demystify the process of applying overrides. I
think the article might hold a few surprises for most (even those
seasoned professionals!) about overrides.
