For the UIM side, your help should follow a format like this:

:pnlgrp.

:help name=general.Panel Title - Help

:p.This is general help for the panel. It appears before the field-specific
help.

:ehelp.

:help name=field1.First Field - Help

:xh3.First field

:p.This is the help text.

:ehelp.

:help name=funckeys.Function Keys - Help

:xh3.Function keys

:parml.
:pt.F3=Exit
:pd.Exits the current display.
:pt.F12=Cancel
:pd.Returns to the previous display.
:eparml.

:ehelp.

:epnlgrp.

The :xh3. tags specify the help titles that are shown for the various fields
in extended help mode.

In the DDS, specify HELP keywords, with HLPARA(*NONE) pointing to the
general help module, and specified HLPARAs for the various fields.
