The difference is insignificant.  Replacing 3 Z-ADD's with 3 MOVE's resulted in 
a
30 second reduction in run time.

19:30 for Z-ADD, 19:00 for MOVE to process 141,669 entries.

The original test scenario had a 7,2 field being Z-ADDed or MOVELd to a 5,0 
field.
In my case, both fields were 7,0.
