  • Subject: Sorting an OVERLAY array.

Here is an array that I need sorted first by TXSEQ and then by TXLIN. How
would I go about doing that?

D DS INZ

D TXData 126 DIM(TXSize)

D TXSEQ 4S 0 OVERLAY(TXData) Detail Line Number

D TXLIN 4S 0 OVERLAY(TXData:5) Text Seq Number

D TXTXT 100 OVERLAY(TXData:9) Text

D TXFONT 5 OVERLAY(TXData:109) Font Id

D TXINK 10 OVERLAY(TXData:114) Ink Color

D TXPNT 3 OVERLAY(TXData:124) Point Size

I am basically wondering if there is an opcode that will sort an array for
me. If not I suppose I will have to sort them myself.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Aaron Bartell
