It sounds as if using the job date failed because you are running two
different jobs, and the second job picks up its own (correct) later date,
since it fires up after midnight. How about having one job start and run
(as opposed to submit) the first query), then wait for 60 minutes (or
check the time, or whatever) and run the second query. I haven't tested
this, but I would expect the job date would remain constant as the date
the original job started.
