Why did we want to give an error message here?  Because we
felt like it.  That's why.

Anyways, to give a less flippant answer:  It doesn't fail for me.
There must be something wrong with your RPG compiler.
Specifically, you must be running some release older than V5R1.

(I hate to sound like a broken record, but, well, wait for V5R1.)
