Unless my memory is completely messed up, if you go into the joblog of the job getting the error, the first message about the unique key violation specifies which file owns the access path that is the problem. This may be in the second level text, I don't remember for sure. Unfortunately, the problem with the application vendor that we use here is that there aren't enough unique keys defined to the database, so we're constantly dealing with records that shouldn't be there rather than getting duplicate key errors that we could correct more quickly.
