The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
We are
writing a function for locking of functions that work on an object (Basically
something like an order), To do this we are creating a record on a file for each
user that access this object at each relevant lock state. Before doing this it
checks to see if object is locked. If it is locked it needs to check that the
job actually is active, and not just on OUTQ(It may of crashed?). Is there
an api that can be used to check that a job is active. Or is there another way
of doing this.
I have
looked at QUSRJOBI it would do the job but only allows access if user calling
has JOBCTL.
