One method I've used is SNADS quite successfully,...  In fact I've created a User-Defined Option via PDM as follows:
? SNDNETF FILE(&L/&F) TOUSRID((MYUSERID REMOTESS)) MBR(&N)
 
Of course, you can remove the ?, replace MYUSERID & REMOTESS with the appropriate directory entries.  Use F13 to repeat, etc.
 
Once all is sent, on the remote systems, do a WRKNETF for the "MYUSERID" user, select desired members to "Receive network file" with TOFILE(SOURCELIB/SOURCEFILE) on the command line.  NOTE: This will replace any existing members.
