Yup - I was involved with a _lot_ of meetings with those guys.  Thank
goodness that they changed a lot of the original plans - the first version
I saw was truly horrible.  We showed them ISDB (which wasn't yet a product
if I recall correctly) and said "more like that".

There are still some truly horrible things in there some of which are
responsible for signoff/signon dance that you have to go through sometimes
to be able to debug the right version of the program.
